Jessica has been very responsive and proactive during the entire process right from the first viewing of the home. We actually postponed our viewing and Jessica was kind enough to accommodate the time change. She helped us through the offer process and when our offer was accepted worked very promptly with us to get all the documentation in order to finalize the mortgage and the notary. We can not be happier with the quality of service that has been provided and given that it was our first home in Canada it was definitely very helpful to have the support we got from Jessica.
